Balanced

We all just want balance in life. We want to feel like we can enjoy the salad and still have cake for dessert. No substitutions! My approach to health and wellness is focused on creating a balanced structure that works within your lifestyle. No guilt, no shame, and lots of soul.

Intuitive

Our relationship with food is so personal. I have such a deep passion for food and how it connects us all. So when it comes to talking about nutrition and diet, I lean more on the intuitive eating approach. You’ll learn how to listen to your body’s cues and cravings and make better more nutritious decisions.

Integrative

Since achieving wellness is more than just exercise and diet, I’ll be guiding you toward other helpful practices such as mindfulness and meditation, breath work, and gratitude. I’ll also teach you about the visual cues from the skin, and what your body is telling you. From here, we can integrate a personalized skincare ritual to accompany your other health practices.
